Untapped Potential's "Dealership Edition" is an extremely versatile and easy to use system. Designed by a team with a combined total of forty years in the auto industry, Untapped Potential gives the ability to follow-up sold customers with the push of one button, create direct mail and newsletter pieces and create form letters for individual salespeople as well as for the dealership itself. Build custom reports on your staffs effectiveness as well as advertising effectiveness. Set and track sales goals. Create custom prospect and sold customer lists with ease. With the optional inventory module you can find specific vehicles on your lot that fit specific criteria and also desk deals. In addition, there is optional integration with Reynolds & Reynolds and ADP.

$1,500 covers the remote installation of the UP software. If remote installation is not possible, additional expenses may be incurred for travel. A monthly fee of $150 covers all maintenance and support. You will only be charged for the remote installation fee at the time of this purchase.

When ordering you will be given the option to add the following features: Add a Small Network (up to 3 machines), an Inventory Module, Nightly Download (R&R and ADP), and a One-Time Data Conversion. The Add a Network and Nightly Download options both have a one-time remote installation fee, AND a monthly maintenance and support fee. If you choose either one of these options, you will be charged for the installation fee only at time of purchase, and will be billed for the monthly fees separately. If you choose the Inventory Module option, there is no installation fee; instead there is a flat fee of $100 per month. If you choose this option today you will be charged for the first month's fee. The One-Time Conversion option is a one-time fee, and does not incur any monthly fees.



Salesperson's Edition

Untapped Potential "Salesperson’s Edition" is an extremely versatile, easy to use program designed specifically for automotive salespeople. Users of this program will be able to set their own follow-up intervals, create personalized letters, pinpoint prospects, create newsletters, make labels, set monthly goals, schedule appointments, track sales and commissions as well as import data from existing files.


UP Prospect Log

Designed to be used as a data entry tool for computerized systems. The prospect log hold 80 customers' information on perforated duplicate carbonless sheets, giving your sales and data entry staff a paper file.
